Formation of Consent
Any acceptance of purchase will be subject to the suspensive condition that Medishop.cl validates the transaction. Consequently, for any operation carried out on this site, confirmation and/or validation or verification by www.franciseuropa.com will be a requirement for the formation of consent.
To validate the transaction, franciseuropa.com must verify:
Availability of the products in stock at the time of acceptance of the offer.
The payment method offered by the user.
Concordance of the data registered by the customer on the site with those provided when accepting the offer.
Once the order has been validated, franciseuropa.com will send the customer formal confirmation of the order to the email address that has been registered or by any means of communication that guarantees due and timely knowledge of the consumer.
From the moment this written confirmation is sent to the user, it will be understood that there was consent by both parties. However, in the event of a stock shortage, franciseuropa.com may notify the user after this step of the cancellation of the order due to this contingency, refunding the money or, in the event that the user prefers, waiting until the availability of the required product(s). The corresponding invoice will be sent to the user after this confirmation via email.
Product Exchange or Return
Within the first 10 days of receiving the product, the customer may exchange or return their money, without considering the cost of transportation, even when the reasons are attributable to the customer's personal tastes or appreciations (Right of withdrawal, law 19.496 art 3 bis).
For exchanges or returns, the customer must contact our contact center at +34 615 251 039, which will pick up the product at your home within a period of no more than 3 business days from the return request.
After 10 days of receiving the product, in case the customer requests the return, the following terms are defined according to the customer's requirement: Customer decides to cancel the purchase: The purchase money will be refunded, not including the shipping costs involved in the initial order, within a period of no more than 4 business days after the product is picked up from the customer's home.
The removal of the product will not have any cost for the customer.
The customer must inform the reasons associated with their request to cancel the order.
To exercise this right, the customer must deliver to our logistics operator the product associated with the return along with its corresponding receipt. The product must be unused and with its original packaging. In addition to the above, all accessories, manuals and warranty policies must be delivered.
Customer requests exchange for the same product: In the event that a product purchased at www.franciseuropa.com presents faults or defects, in accordance with the provisions of the law for the protection of consumer rights, the customer will have the right to choose, within 6 months of receipt, one of the following alternatives:
a) Exchange of the product prior to its return
A new order will be processed which will be delivered to the customer within a period of no more than 7 business days after the product is collected from the customer's home.
For the purposes of the provisions of this section, a single good will be considered to be one that has been sold as a whole, even if it is made up of different units, parts, pieces or modules, notwithstanding that these may or may not provide a utility independently of each other. Without prejudice to this, in the case of the replacement of the product, this may be done with respect to a unit, part, piece or module, provided that it is for another equal to the one being returned.
b) Refund of the amount paid prior to the return of the product
In both cases, the removal of the product and the transport of the new order will not have any cost for the client.
The client must inform the reasons associated with his request for change.
Client requests exchange for a different product: Client must request the removal of the product associated with the first purchase from his home by contacting our contact center at +34 615 251 039 and then place a new order through the www.franciseuropa.com portal, complying with all the terms associated with a purchase and assuming the responsibility of the client for the payment for the transport of the new order.
The removal of the returned product will not have any cost for the client.
The client must inform the reasons associated with his request to cancel the order.
